According to the arrangement and deployment of the group company's safety inspection, from June 22 to June 23, 2022, the group company's western area safety production inspection team leader satellite and a group of 8 people went to Shanxi China Electric Power Company to inspect and guide the work.
The satellite briefly introduced the work deployment requirements of the safety inspection team of the Group and the key tasks of the on-site inspection. Party branch secretary and deputy general manager Yang Jing gave a detailed report on the company's basic situation, key business tasks, "14th Five-Year Plan" development plan, safety work, etc. The inspection team carried out written data inspection on the company's safety system documents, education and training, responsibility implementation, safety cost input, etc., and also carried out on-site inspection in the assembly and adjustment workshop, process verification workshop, substation, power station and other areas.
After two days of safety production inspection, the inspection team affirmed the company's implementation of various safety production management work, and believed that the company could conscientiously fulfill the main responsibility of enterprise safety production and the post safety responsibility system of employees, continuously improve the safety production organization system, improve the safety management system, strengthen emergency safety management, strengthen safety education and training, and deepen the investigation and management of hidden dangers. It is hoped that the company can take the safety inspection work as an opportunity to conscientiously do a good job in the rectification of potential safety hazards on the job site, so as to create a good and stable safe production environment for the company's scientific research and production.
General Manager Xie Yongqiang put forward three requirements: first, implement the safety rectification work according to the problems raised by the inspection team, take it seriously, rectify within a time limit, and eliminate hidden dangers; second, attach great importance to safety training and management, continue to carry out safety production publicity and learning activities, so that the safety concept is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people and improve the safety awareness of employees; third, the management team members in charge of scientific research and production departments should compact the implementation of safety responsibility, every week, we will lead a team to inspect the safety production work of the department, achieve the "three implementation" of safety management work, effectively ensure the safety of scientific research and production of the company, and meet the victory of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with practical actions!
