A high-temperature purification furnace and a deposition furnace signed by the customer were delivered at the same time, ushering in a "double gun". In the first half of 2022, the Equipment Division made great efforts to sprint and work together to tackle the tough problems. 12 units were successfully delivered, with a timely delivery rate of 100.

Although the project was issued and encountered difficulties such as epidemic closure and tight supply of materials, all the staff of the Equipment Division faced the difficulties and worked overtime to ensure the implementation of the contract. In the process of equipment assembly, the selection of spare parts and the quality control of processed parts will be strictly controlled by the project team members. During the pre-production period, the members of the project team will report and record the work every day, and hold a meeting to summarize the progress of the project every week. Everyone concentrated their energy, one frame at a time, one frame at a time, and carried out joint adjustment and troubleshooting in strict accordance with the index requirements and schedule to ensure that the equipment was delivered on time.

In the face of tight production task cycle and high quality requirements, the process verification department has all the staff to unite as one, keep a close eye on the target, and effectively ensure the delivery of products on schedule.

In order to improve the delivery efficiency of the company's carbon parts, reduce the production cost and optimize the product quality, the process verification department has set up a process team to fully tap the potential of the deposition furnace equipment on the premise of ensuring the normal production process and non-destructive equipment. through the small measure of improving the loading and increasing the exhaust pipe, the process flow has been optimized, and the qualified rate of primary deposition has increased from 15% to 35%, greatly improving the qualified rate of products. Blank delivery time is shortened by 40 hours, and the production cycle of carbon and carbon parts is controlled within 280 hours, which maximizes the release of production capacity.

In midsummer, the workshop of the process verification department was "inflamed" and off the charts, showing a "boiling" scene. All the staff of the process verification department worked hard to hit the annual task target with the most active and full energy.
