In order to further comprehensively investigate potential risks, promote management through investigation, promote reform through investigation, and resolutely prevent and curb the occurrence of production safety accidents, according to the notice of the Ministry of electrical equipment quality, safety and social responsibility on carrying out special safety inspection of hazardous chemicals, on August 26, Yang Jing, Secretary of the Party branch and deputy general manager, led a team to carry out special safety inspection activities on the company's hazardous chemicals.
This special inspection focuses on the procurement, transportation, storage, use and disposal of hazardous chemicals through data access and on-site inspection. It focuses on whether the safety management of liquid argon tanks, liquid nitrogen tanks, hazardous chemicals storage cabinets and hazardous waste temporary storage warehouses in the factory area is perfect, whether they are stored in violation of regulations, whether monitoring, protection and emergency equipment and facilities are complete and normal, and puts forward corresponding rectification opinions on the hidden dangers found in the inspection. Yang Jing pointed out that all departments should strengthen the safety management of hazardous chemicals, carry out risk identification and control and hidden danger investigation in a timely manner, and the responsible departments should complete the rectification work in strict accordance with the requirements of the "five implementation" of hidden danger rectification, so as to ensure that the rectification is in place and realize closed-loop management.
Through this inspection, not only enhance the safety awareness of employees, but also strengthen the safety management of hazardous chemicals on site. Responsible persons at all levels must implement safety supervision responsibilities level by level, strengthen responsibility, and do a good job in safety production strictly and practically, so as to create a safe and stable environment for the victory of the 20th National Congress of the Party.
