The designer repeatedly discusses the optimization of the scheme and calculates the operating parameters. Project assemblers check each accessory and assemble it strictly. Due to the impact of the epidemic in the customer's location, the customer was unable to reach the site for acceptance. The project members and the customer remotely shared the equipment screen, displayed the whole equipment and operation interface in all directions, and successfully completed the "cloud acceptance".

In order to speed up the production schedule and implement the production tasks, the Process Verification Department has carried out a wide range of processing and transformation of the thermal field that has reached the service life in the carbon-carbon deposition furnace.
All the staff of the department worked together, worked overtime and turned on full "horsepower" to realize the thermal field transformation of 15 carbon carbon deposition furnaces. After the thermal field is optimized, the service life of the equipment is prolonged. At the same time, the one-time deposition compliance rate of the product is increased by 20%, and the energy consumption of the equipment is reduced by 10%, which greatly improves the production efficiency, improves the product quality, and wins valuable time for the smooth delivery of the product. Since the National Day holiday, 4 batches have been delivered, with a total of 375 products, completing the delivery task with high quality!
