1On January 12, 2023, the first large-scale horizontal high-temperature purification furnace passed the acceptance smoothly at a customer site in Sichuan!
The equipment pioneered the furnace door felt moving structure to speed up the internal circulation, the cooling time was shortened from 72 hours to 41 hours, and high-speed cooling was realized. The furnace loading capacity increased from 0.5 tons to 10 tons, and the automatic feeding mode greatly improved the equipment capacity and safety;Graphite soft felt purified ash down to 8.63PPM, a major breakthrough!
The new year has set sail, and all employees of the Equipment Division will continue to cultivate, continuously promote product upgrades, and go all out to complete various tasks and goals in 2023!
1On the 13th, 71 pieces of carbon and carbon products customized by a customer in Shaanxi were successfully delivered, and 400 pieces of carbon and carbon products have been delivered in 2023! As the year is approaching, in order to ensure the timely delivery of products, all the staff of the process verification department will make concerted efforts to rush for time and orders!
