Economic Operation Analysis Meeting January-August 2023

On September 11, the company held an economic operation analysis meeting from January to August 2023. Wei truss, member of the party committee, deputy general manager and chairman of the company, attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the operation management department, the equipment division, the process verification department and the marketing department respectively reported on the completion of the annual key task objectives, the existing deficiencies and the next work plan, and the participating leaders commented one by one.
In view of the company's next work, Wei truss stressed that, first, it is necessary to reasonably arrange the progress of scientific research and production, complete the delivery and acceptance of equipment strictly according to the time node, and go all out to complete all the tasks and objectives of the year. Second, we should adhere to the concept of "market is king", continuously expand customer resources, strive for more orders to be implemented, and actively start planning all kinds of work in 2024. Third, strictly control the growth rate of the "two funds", pay special attention to accounts receivable, capital safety, customer credit, etc.; fourth, we must carry out the second batch of thematic education, integrate into the center's work, and continue to deepen the "I do practical things for the masses" To ensure that the second batch of thematic education captures quality and achieves practical results; fifth, we must strictly implement the main responsibility of safe production, standardize the operation process, and reasonably coordinate the progress of equipment assembly and commissioning, ensure the company's healthy and stable operation.
Members of the company's management team, the chairman of the board of supervisors, and heads of various departments attended the meeting.
