The fourth quarter is a critical period for sprinting for the annual mission goals. All employees of the Equipment Division are not stumped by many parallel projects. Everyone performs their duties, works overtime until late at night, communicates and confirms every detail, and strives to ensure quality and quantity, and deliver it to customers on time.
Party member Li Qingquan is the assembly and adjustment team leader of the equipment division. He is carrying out after-sales work of graphitization equipment at Shandong customer site. In 2023, he has been on a business trip for more than 130 days!
Wang Jun of the Equipment Division checks the vacuum degree, temperature, water flow and other indicators of the purification equipment to investigate potential failures. He stuck to his post and worked hard to ensure the smooth acceptance of equipment.
Guo Yang and Zheng Xiaolong, electrical designers of the Equipment Division, inspected the operation of the equipment on the spot at the Jiangsu customer's site to prepare for the subsequent technical requirements of the customer's vertical equipment and deposition equipment.
In order to ensure the timely delivery of the equipment, Xu Haoqin of the Equipment Division worked overtime at the customer site in Inner Mongolia, intensively installed and debugged high-efficiency deposition equipment, and made every effort to finish the battle at the end of the year.
Zhang Zhenyuan, electrical designer of Equipment Division, went to Xinjiang customer site to install and debug horizontal high-temperature purification equipment. he was meticulous and went all out to ensure the smooth acceptance of the equipment.
Time is tight and the task is heavy. Five employees of the purification and charging team of the process verification department, Li Pengcheng, Wang Wei, Wang Yinqiao, Li Peng and Liu Jie, work almost every day until 11 pm this month. Everyone works together to do their best in every job and ensure that the products are delivered to customers intact.
Xu Xiaodong and Zhibaoshan, employees of the renovation team of the Process Verification Department, worked overtime for 15 consecutive days to complete the thermal field renovation of the purified 6# furnace and the purified 9# furnace. After the upgrading of the thermal field, not only the energy consumption is reduced, but also the purification effect is improved.
Yao Bo, an employee of the purification and material distribution team of the process verification department, is responsible for the receipt and delivery of purified products. The temperature drops sharply at night. He is on standby at any time, transporting products one by one and delivering them to customers on time.
Gao Bing, an operation and maintenance member of the conditional operation and maintenance support department, led the operation and maintenance personnel to work overtime to transform the water circuit of the equipment in the furnace area, and controlled the water flow of the deposition furnace through the frequency modulation method of the process water automatic control system, so as to achieve the effects of saving water and electricity, and continuously add impetus to the development of scientific research and production.
