Guo Yang, the head of the electrical design project of the Equipment Division, always takes "striving to do a good job in 1.1" as the working standard and strictly requires himself. He leads the team to provide solid technical support for the company's new product research and development and iterative development of equipment.
In the project, Guo Yang strictly controls all aspects of electrical design, from drawing design to electrical equipment debugging. He can always lead the team to successfully complete various tasks with solid technical ability.
In a deposition equipment project, in order to overcome the constant temperature power fluctuation and the technical difficulties existing in the deposition process, he went on a business trip for more than 90 days to carry out a large number of data collection and analysis, as well as more than 30 hours of continuous online setting, and finally met the customer's needs and smoothly promoted the project acceptance.
In the first horizontal purification equipment project, he led the team members to carefully study the customer's needs, collect references, and work overtime for only 15 days to complete the overall plan of the project and the determination of key technologies. During the debugging period, through continuous optimization of the program, the key technical points such as heating power and three-zone temperature control were overcome, and the constant temperature power deviation was finally increased from more than 15% to less than 5%, thus greatly improving the balance and stability of the equipment. Up to now, horizontal purification equipment has successfully formed orders with many customers.
