Shanxi CLP Company Held 2023 "Three Sessions"

On May 5, Shanxi CLP held "the first shareholders' meeting in 2023, the third meeting of the fifth board of directors and the third meeting of the fifth board of supervisors". Representatives, directors and supervisors of three shareholder units, namely, CLP Electronic equipment Group Co., Ltd., Shanxi Venture Capital guidance Fund Co., Ltd., and Shanxi Science and Technology Fund Development Co., Ltd., attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Wei Truss, member of the party committee, deputy general manager and chairman of the company.
On behalf of the management team, General Manager Xie Yongqiang made the 2022 Work Summary Report and the 2023 Business Plan to the General Assembly, and Chief Financial Officer Xiang Hongchao made the 2022 Financial Final Accounts Report and the 2023 Financial Budget Report to the General Assembly. The shareholders' meeting focused on passing six proposals, including the 2022 financial final accounts report, the 2023 financial budget report, the 2022 work report of the board of directors and the 2022 work report of the board of supervisors. The board of directors passed 12 proposals, including the measures for the management of remuneration of managers, the management system for fund examination and approval, the procurement management system and the measures for the management of bidding.
Finally, Chairman Wei Truss put forward three suggestions for the development of the company: First, thank the shareholders for their long-term trust and support, and hope that external shareholders will use their geographical advantages to help the company's technology project declaration and platform construction as always. The second is to do the right thing on the right path under the leadership of the management team, move forward courageously, further improve the quality of the company's development, boldly explore in technological innovation, capital management, etc., and promote the company's "14th Five-Year Plan" plan to be effective; The third is to coexist challenges and opportunities in the fierce market competition, adhere to the fast pace, and get out of the rhythm of "small steps and fast running, with the joint efforts of all employees, we will concentrate on the company's steady, efficient and high-quality development.
All members of the company's management team attended the meeting.
