On June 13, Zhou Daliang, deputy general manager of electric equipment, and his party went to the company for investigation and discussion, and at the same time carried out the safety production inspection of electric equipment in the first half of 2023.
Zhou Daliang and his party visited the assembly and adjustment workshop and the process verification workshop accompanied by general manager Xie Yongqiang. At the symposium, Yang Jing, secretary of the party branch and deputy general manager, focused on the company's corporate governance structure, system and implementation. Zhou Daliang affirmed the achievements made since the transformation and development of the company. He put forward three requirements on the corporate governance of the company:
First, it is necessary to continuously improve the corporate governance mechanism with statutory powers and responsibilities, transparent powers and responsibilities, coordinated operation, and effective checks and balances, enhance the construction of a modern corporate governance system, standardize the "three meetings and one layer" decision-making procedures, and achieve the organic unity of effective checks and balances and efficient operation.
Second, we should match the company's scale, combine the actual development of the company, dynamically adjust the company's operation and management system, focus on the effective compliance of the system implementation, ensure the healthy and orderly operation of the company, and strive to prevent and resolve all kinds of risks.
Third, it is necessary to further enhance the political and organizational functions of the party branch, clarify the list of pre-research and discussion items of the party branch, do a solid job in party member education, team building, etc., give full play to the role of the party branch as a fighting fortress, and promote the overall progress of the construction of grassroots party organizations. Provide a solid guarantee for the company to be better and stronger.
The safety production inspection team simultaneously carried out mutual inspection of safety production areas in the first half of 2023, and carried out hidden danger inspection in the company's assembly and adjustment workshop, process verification line workshop, substation, power station, warehouse, key laboratory of high temperature purification equipment and other areas. For the problems found in the inspection work, the inspection team requires the implementation of the responsible department and immediate rectification, so as to create a good and stable safe production environment for the company's scientific research and production.
